Moving out was honestly the best decision I made.
You’d think a “luxury” apartment that’s only about five years old wouldn’t have many issues - but that’s definitely not the case here.
A huge number of balconies were literally rotting and had to be completely torn down and rebuilt. Weeks of constant construction noise, blocked sidewalks, and dumpsters everywhere. We got one generic email saying work was happening, then a bunch of warnings about towing cars - but nothing acknowledging how disruptive it all was or even a simple “thanks for your patience.”
Don’t trust the pool/outside amenity photos you see online. The in-pool chairs are gone, games are broken or missing, the TV by the grill barely works, and the grills are never cleaned. The pool itself is often dirty and has been shut down multiple times for weeks or months on end.
Fire alarms go off at least once a month, and every time you have to evacuate with zero follow-up. No explanation, no apology - nothing from management.
The gates? Always broken. Like… always.
The gym equipment is worn down and squeaky, and they stopped restocking things like towels and water a long time ago. It feels like no one even checks on it anymore.
The buildings aren’t kept clean. If you bring it up, the office just blames a cleaning crew and doesn’t actually fix the problem.
The worst part is the communication -there is NONE. No updates about issues, repairs, or anything going on. The entire staff was replaced at one point and nothing was sent out introducing the new team. It feels like no one cares to keep people informed - very much a "just pay your rent and leave us alone" vibe.
If you try to bring up concerns, everything gets blamed on “the owners.” It just sounds like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility or fixing anything.
This place used to be awesome, but it feels like management just doesn’t care anymore.
