  I am actually moving in this week. Not sure why this place doesn't have a 5.0 rating. Beautiful complex and very well kept. All of the residents I have spoken with love it here

  We applied and went through the process. We were told that we qualified and showed us a unit that we loved. We hired movers and gave notice to the apartment we were currently renting. We went in yesterday to sign the lease. We were told that we had to verify some things and asked for six months of bank statements. We had an appointment for 9:00 AM this morning. Last evening my husband received a phone call that an error had been made by someone in the office and that we no longer qualified because we made too much money with our social security. He was also told that they wanted to help us. When they didn’t call at the time they said they would we called them. They had not done anything except a computer search of apartments. We are devastated by this and now need to start all over again. Unless we end up homeless if they have already rented the apartment we are in.

  I’m really shocked this place hasn’t been shut down, Or relieved of its current owners! My husband’s grandmother lived here. While visiting her or spending time with the friends I’ve made here, I’ve met so many other amazing people. One thing I’ve noticed is that they treat the residence like they don’t matter or have an opinion. Any complaints that are made are ignored. The facility recently had the hot water heater go out and the residents were promised it would be fixed in a couple days. It wasn’t! The residents asked and asked when it would be fixed and they were told they were waiting on a freaking quote for a new one!!!! So many of these people are in adult diapers! So many of these people don’t have anyone to count on! Some of these people can’t even leave! This shocked me! I was in the office one time when one resident asked about it getting fixed, I’m going to tell you the audacity that this woman had to talk down to this elderly human, in front of others… it shocked the life out of me! I was in the office when another resident came to explain there that there was a washer leaking water everywhere and the office personnel treated her like she caused the problem! They treat these humans like toddlers! It’s so disgusting! Don’t trust the people managing it or running it!
