  I had the absolute pleasure of working with Chelsea Vecchio as our home realty agent, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Chelsea’s professionalism and expertise in the market made the entire home-buying process as easy as possible. Despite a few hiccups, she always found a way to make it work! She was quick to respond to our questions—no matter how small—and her genuine compassion for her clients truly sets her apart.   I’ve recently had the experience of working with a phenomenal real estate agent in the New Port Richey area. From start to finish her dedication, knowledge of the market specific to my area and what I was looking for were evident. The process was in no way shape or form stressful nor overwhelming because of the way information and concepts were consistently explained and delivered to us. Finding a property is a skill set that Chelsea clearly has mastered. Furthermore, we weren’t simply seeking out a property, but more important- a place to call home. Chelsea went above and beyond to truly understand what we were looking for in regards to our individual lives and lifestyle. We can not show our appreciation enough!   Chelsea, you were so very helpful in an otherwise stressful period of my life. I sold my house in Texas and came to Florida with no place to stay but a run down apartment complex that I had to be out of in a few weeks! You promised me that we would find a place in my price range in a decent neighborhood! I was skeptical because my luck had been absolutely terrible for weeks! But you stepped in and spent many hours trying to find me a place. The owners were able to move out in a matter of days and 3 days before I had to be out of that “ratty” apartment, we closed on my home! I will forever be grateful for all of your hard work and time! I’m settling into my home now and love it! Thanks again, Chelsea! Judy Christopher
