  If you’re looking for a realtor, Chelsea is the person you want in your corner. What really stands out about her is that she genuinely cares about her clients and doesn’t treat you like just another transaction. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and somehow manages to make what can be a stressful process feel so much easier. Chelsea goes above and beyond in a way that you don’t come across often. She pays attention to the little details, communicates every step of the way, and makes you feel like she actually has your best interests at heart. You can tell she truly takes pride in what she does. There are plenty of realtors out there, but Chelsea is the kind of realtor you remember and recommend to everyone you know. If you want someone who will work hard, keep you informed, and genuinely fight to get you where you want to be, I couldn’t recommend her more.

  We moved from out of state, and Chelsea was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. When we weren’t able to fly out to see a property ourselves she would go for us, record detailed videos, or FaceTime with us so we could really get a feel for the home and even the surrounding area. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuine, and made buying a home from another state so much less stressful. We’re so grateful for all of her help and would 100% recommend Chelsea to anyone looking for a home!

  Chelsea, you were so very helpful in an otherwise stressful period of my life. I sold my house in Texas and came to Florida with no place to stay but a run down apartment complex that I had to be out of in a few weeks! You promised me that we would find a place in my price range in a decent neighborhood! I was skeptical because my luck had been absolutely terrible for weeks! But you stepped in and spent many hours trying to find me a place. The owners were able to move out in a matter of days and 3 days before I had to be out of that “ratty” apartment, we closed on my home! I will forever be grateful for all of your hard work and time! I’m settling into my home now and love it! Thanks again, Chelsea! Judy Christopher
