  We put in a maintenance request over a week ago for 3 items. The first two were completely but our dishwasher is still broken. I'm not complaining just inquiring.

  A Big Shout-Out to the Waverley Place Maintenance Team! I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing maintenance team at Waverley Place. They are absolutely wonderful! Anytime I need something fixed or need assistance, they respond to my calls immediately and are always polite, caring, and professional. Recently, they installed a TV for me and mounted it beautifully on the wall. They do such wonderful work and always go above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate everything the maintenance team does for Project Access and for our community. Their hard work, dedication, and willingness to help never go unnoticed. Thank you for everything you do—you are truly appreciated!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ José hizo un excelente trabajo. Fue muy profesional, amable y servicial. Realizó el trabajo de mantenimiento rápidamente y se aseguró de que todo quedara bien. Estoy muy agradecida por su excelente servicio. ¡Muchas gracias, José! José did an excellent job. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful.   ​¡Excelente servicio de mantenimiento y atención al cliente! Al mudarnos notamos algunos detalles en el apartamento y fuimos a la oficina. Marisol (la manager) y Yaneisi fueron súper atentas y serviciales; de inmediato enviaron al equipo de mantenimiento. Nos instalaron un horno, un dishwasher y una secadora completamente nuevos, además de resolver todos los demás detalles de manera rápida y eficiente. Ray, el manager de mantenimiento, y todo su equipo de trabajo son sumamente profesionales, amables y eficaces. ¡Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos y tranquilos en nuestro nuevo hogar!

  ​¡Increíble experiencia de mudanza gracias a Natalia! Nos mudamos desde Kentucky a Naples a mediados de agosto y no podríamos estar más agradecidos con el equipo de Waverley Place, especialmente con Natalia Caraballo. Llegamos un lunes a las 5:00 p.m. para hacer la solicitud, y aunque la oficina cerraba a las 6:00 p.m., Natalia se quedó hasta tarde para ayudarnos con todo el proceso sin ningún apuro. Gracias a su dedicación y excelente atención, ¡al día siguiente ya teníamos las llaves de nuestro nuevo hogar! Mi familia y yo estamos profundamente agradecidos por su amabilidad y profesionalismo. ¡Totalmente recomendado! ****************************************** Amazing move-in experience thanks to Natalia! We moved from Kentucky to Naples in mid-August, and we couldn't be more grateful for the team at Waverley Place, especially Natalia Caraballo. We arrived on a Monday at 5:00 PM to submit our application, and even though the office closed at 6:00 PM, Natalia stayed late to make sure everything was processed smoothly and without rush. Thanks to her dedication and outstanding service, we got the keys to our new apartment the very next day! My family and I are so thankful for her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!
