After selling other GL HOMES Representing buyers, I think this has the best overall value in south Florida for 55+ communities. Only 6 miles to the beach and 1:45-2 hours zen drive to Miami with prices 30% less than other Southeast Florida for comparative properties, It’s a total winner.
