  The maintenance crew here has been outstanding. We’ve needed them a handful of times since moving in and they always show up the same day as the request (yesterday it was within minutes). Every issue has been diagnosed and fixed immediately.

  The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I’ve really appreciated Penny who is so warm and such a pleasure to interact with. She’s incredibly responsive, quick to get issues resolved and always on top of every request.

  I just rented an apartment at The Falls of Portofino, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. A special thank you to Penny, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. She made everything so easy and was always available to answer questions promptly. I’m very happy with my decision and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great rental experience.
