  I’ve been living at The Crest for 3 months now and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. The management team is outstanding. Edwin is so nice and helpful with anything I need, and Erica has gone above and beyond to help us as well. The amenities are great, especially the gym which is well-equipped and very clean. The whole property is kept spotless. I absolutely love my apartment and the community here. If you’re looking for a place with great staff and great amenities, choose The Crest. 5 stars!

  I have been living here for several years the office staff is wonderful always there to meet any needs the maintenance team is also awesome David is always there to greet you with a smile and take care of business I will be renewing my lease soon

  I’ve been living at this community for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. I know some reviews mention past incidents, but in the time I’ve been here, there has only been one, and it was an isolated situation that could happen anywhere. It wasn’t related to crime “leaking into” the community. Regarding comments about theft, leaving doors unlocked or open anywhere—whether here or even in the nicer parts of downtown Naples—can lead to the same issues. That’s not a reflection of the community itself. What I can confidently say is that the staff here communicates very well and consistently puts together thoughtful community events to show appreciation for residents. I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here and continue to feel safe and supported.

  Over the past 24 months, this community has experienced a noticeable and unfortunate downturn. Crime in and around the property has increased significantly—something that is easy to verify through recent local news reports. There have been multiple police calls, instances of theft, and even shootings in the vicinity. Being located directly across from an area with higher crime rates has only contributed to the overall decline in safety. What has been most concerning is that management appears largely unaware of—or unwilling to address—the ongoing issues. Resident concerns often go unanswered, and there seems to be little visible effort to improve safety or communication. This is especially disappointing because the location itself is excellent, and the community used to feel much safer and more well-maintained. I am still living here, but given the current state of the property and the lack of effective management response, I will likely need to consider moving. It’s unfortunate to see what was once a great place to live change so drastically. I am on the lease. This apartment complex is lying again; as they have done consistently. ⸻
