I was sold a straight up lie! They sold me on my lot being backed up onto preserved land that separated the lot from the golf course.
Guess what the HOA tells me now! It's just an easement, and they mow down the nice tall wild grass that gives me privacy and deters the golfers from driving their silly golf carts right up to my yard.
So please beware if you are looking into buying here, they will say anything to make the sale.

Olivia Andino was awesome and a "Stellar" consultant with Divosta Terreno. She went way over and above with personal videos of potential home sites and walk thru videos of homes as we are out of state. She is simply the best!
