  My wife and I recently decided to search for new home community in the Naples area….. That’s when our realtor, Ms. Sara Hutt suggested we visit the model homes and community of Seven Shores in Naples. We then visited the Sales Center at Seven Shores and met Ms. Madison Gulian, one of the sales representative consultants. We were very impressed with her scope and knowledge level, attentiveness, need assessment, model home offerings and community development, and availability of home building lots in the Community. She was very helpful, confident and courteous in every respect. She personally drove us around the community in the Gulf Cart Vehicle and spent much time to address all our questions and inquiries. We both were overwhelmed with all the sales representatives with their professionalism and dedication to make their potential buyer happy and informed in every facet…..and going above and beyond our expectations with their time and energy spent on us…at Toll Brothers…. honestly…we realized how little we did know and were thankful for the level of knowledge, service, and support efforts of your entire sales organization at Toll Brothers. from my first contact with Ms.Madison and the entire sales staff, each and every time we needed help or assistance …. one word..... "exemplary"........in every way.... Your sales team and organization at Toll Brothers is a model that should set the standard for other home builders in South Florida…. We were extremely happy and are currently evaluating the purchase of a lake front lot and building a home in the Montego line… Hat's off to the entire Sales team.....with their time, energy, dedication and professionalism in truly getting it right ....   My assigned Construction Manager, Tommy Brosnahan provided excellent customer service during my recent walk thru process at Seven Shores. He went over and above in making the process seamless - he patiently and throughly went over each system in explaining how it worked and going over it's maintenence schedule with me. I never felt rushed and he was very helpful in answering all my questions. Tommy also resolved any areas of concerns in a very timely manner, while proactively providing regular progess updates - I really appreciated the great service Tommy provided and I left feeling very satisfied with my experience with Toll Brothers.

  We purchased our home in Seven Shores with a specific upgraded KitchenAid refrigerator that was included with the property and present during the walkthrough. Since the walkthrough, we have been reporting problems with this appliance and have been waiting for a proper replacement ever since. After months of emails, calls, delays, and appointments, we are now being told that they intend to replace the original upgraded refrigerator with a different model that is clearly of lower value and has different features and specifications than the appliance currently installed in our home. What is even more frustrating is that now we are suddenly being told that the issue is “Whirlpool’s problem” and that we should simply contact the warranty department. However, this situation has existed since the walkthrough, long before closing, and was never presented to us as merely a warranty issue. Up until this point, everyone was very attentive and responsive, but now it feels like they are simply trying to push the problem away and place the burden entirely on the customer instead of taking responsibility for resolving an issue that existed from the beginning. This is extremely disappointing as homeowners. We purchased the property with a specific upgraded appliance package, and it is unacceptable to now be offered a downgraded replacement instead of an equivalent product. In addition to dealing with a refrigerator that does not function properly, we have also lost significant time coordinating deliveries, waiting at home, making calls, and trying to obtain a fair resolution. We are simply asking for an equivalent replacement to the upgraded refrigerator that came with the house and that we have been requesting since the walkthrough.

  Outstanding experience from day one from sales staff to the building trades, and Fountain pools making it a great experience. We close on our new home in June 2026 , we are in home stretch and even the mortgage team was outstanding. Thank you again for all your help making it a great building experience.
