  We purchased our home in Seven Shores with a specific upgraded KitchenAid refrigerator that was included with the property and present during the walkthrough. Since the walkthrough, we have been reporting problems with this appliance and have been waiting for a proper replacement ever since. After months of emails, calls, delays, and appointments, we are now being told that they intend to replace the original upgraded refrigerator with a different model that is clearly of lower value and has different features and specifications than the appliance currently installed in our home. What is even more frustrating is that now we are suddenly being told that the issue is “Whirlpool’s problem” and that we should simply contact the warranty department. However, this situation has existed since the walkthrough, long before closing, and was never presented to us as merely a warranty issue. Up until this point, everyone was very attentive and responsive, but now it feels like they are simply trying to push the problem away and place the burden entirely on the customer instead of taking responsibility for resolving an issue that existed from the beginning. This is extremely disappointing as homeowners. We purchased the property with a specific upgraded appliance package, and it is unacceptable to now be offered a downgraded replacement instead of an equivalent product. In addition to dealing with a refrigerator that does not function properly, we have also lost significant time coordinating deliveries, waiting at home, making calls, and trying to obtain a fair resolution. We are simply asking for an equivalent replacement to the upgraded refrigerator that came with the house and that we have been requesting since the walkthrough.

  Outstanding experience from day one from sales staff to the building trades, and Fountain pools making it a great experience. We close on our new home in June 2026 , we are in home stretch and even the mortgage team was outstanding. Thank you again for all your help making it a great building experience.
