  We used Lynn and Pam to sell my father’s house in Naples. I was worried since I live out of state. I interviewed several realtors in the area and it was quickly evident that Lynn and Pam were not only professional but well versed in the local market. They clearly explained the process and assured me that being out of state would not be a problem. Once I signed up with them I realized I had made the right decision. They did their homework and came up with the marketing and the pricing. The end result was a sale in 3 days with 6 offers. Once the sale was agreed upon they made the process even easier taking responsibility for some things since I was not local and able to do so. I am very happy with the decision to use them.

  You talk about going above and beyond; Pamela showed up on moving day and carried boxes and my chair into the house for me as I am a disabled citizen. Pamela and Lynn truly are the dream team.
