  I’ve had an amazing experience at Mark Lane Apartments! The apartments are beautiful, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything you need. Maintenance is also super fast if there’s ever an issue, they take care of it right away. I’m very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend Mark Lane Apartments!

  Title: Run Away – It’s a Trap My experience with Mark Lane Apartments was extremely disappointing. When you’re signing the lease, they make you feel welcome and reassure you not to worry about normal wear and tear because your rent already covers certain repairs. However, when you move out, they look for every possible detail to keep as much of your security deposit as they can. It’s a completely different attitude once you’re leaving. The common areas are in poor condition for a property that advertises itself as “luxury.” There are chairs with torn seats, rusty and poorly maintained grills (some don’t even work), and the car wash area has a vacuum that barely works and is constantly patched with duct tape instead of being properly repaired. The pet station used to have a dog dryer years ago, but it disappeared and was never replaced. Even the hose for washing pets has been leaking for a long time and has never been fixed. None of these issues existed under the previous management. Since the management changed, the property has continued to deteriorate while repairs and replacements are ignored. If you’re charging luxury-level rent, you should provide luxury-level maintenance. The value for the money is terrible. Before renting here, look around—you’ll find much better homes nearby for a fairer price. I left my apartment exceptionally clean, yet they charged me $300 for cleaning without any prior notification and ignored my dispute. They also charged me for 30 damaged floor planks when there were actually only 4, and they ignored my dispute. They charged me for replacing the toilet seat, even though it was clean and in perfect working condition. Again, my dispute was ignored. They never sent me the move-out inspection report. Instead, they simply mailed me a check with whatever deductions they decided to make and ignored every objection I raised. This experience left me feeling that the promises made when you move in are just sales tactics. Once you’re moving out, you’re treated with indifference, and your concerns are ignored. I do not recommend this community. Run away—it’s a trap.

  Maintenance and the staff at mark lane are amazing. I called with some issues in the bathroom with the door and the tub Ernesto came in immediately and took care of the problem and also Gerson and Edder came in with him to fix the tub and my fridge .Thank you Ernesto Gerson and Edder
