  SUPER CLEAN SPACIOUS UNITS. Awesome neighbors and even more amazing management. Grounds are very manicured even though this is a very dog friendly community! Dog bathing stations and dog park is great and the pool, gym and clubhouse is next level!! Super thankful for Mirtha and how smoothly she’s made the transition for my little family coming from NJ. Could not be happier and could not have chosen a better community!!!! 10/10

  I would like to take a moment to thank the team at Mark Lane Apartments, especially Mr. Pedro and the manager, for their outstanding service throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to answer all of our questions before we made the decision to move forward with the lease. What we truly appreciated the most was their transparency — they clearly explained all the details, including pricing, terms, and every aspect of the contract without any confusion. We absolutely loved the property, but what really made the difference was the customer service. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their residents and aim to provide a positive experience from the very start. Thanks to Pedro, we felt confident and secure in our decision. This has been one of the best leasing experiences we’ve ever had, and we are very happy and excited to start this new chapter here. Highly recommended!

  Mark Lane is a lovely apartment complex. Pedro in the office has been great in assisting in renewing my lease. He is timely, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to in regards to questions about the lease etc. He is an asset to the community! Looking forward to many more years at Mark Lane!

  I had an amazing tour with Mirtha Z. She is super detailed, walked me through every area and explained where and how everything works. She breaks down pricing and fees very well. Very nice and helpful
