  Amazing, Mirtha and Pedro are being very helpful and very professional. We are moving from NJ and they been assisting us with our transition. They help us to make this process less stressful with our long distance move .

  Mark Lane Apartments in Naples, Florida is an excellent community with excellent facilities and a wonderful pool. You enjoy spending time there, even grabbing a nice hot chocolate at the clubhouse. The staff—Pedro, Mirta, and Isaac—all treat you with genuine respect and dignity. Pedro in particular showed real concern after you fell the other day and broke some fingers outside the office door entrance. He said, “Doctor Eliot, please slow down. I don’t want to see you hurt yourself again.” Pedro was so concerned and so kind that he actually drove you to your apartment after you had to walk home from NCH North Hospital. That really demonstrates his kindness, generosity, and genuine concern for all the residents at Mark Lane Apartments.
