  Most traumatizing experience. Roaches, bed bugs, lack of empathy or problem solving from property. Whole place needs to be built from the ground up again because the infestation is INSIDE THE WALLS AND AC VENTS. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. We wish we left sooner. SAVE YOURSELF. Never again…

  The manager Mila has been extremely helpful and personable and has worked to solve any issues we’ve had expeditiously. I have never needed to wait more than an hour or two before maintenance was dispatched to address any concerns and their communication has been very clear and timely.

  I have been here for 5 years. Aqua Bay is a great place to live. I love my neighbors. Very quiet and nice. Any issues you have are solved quickly. I would highly recommend Aqua Bay Apts. The office and maintence staff are very courteous and always available.

  Do not move here. They just switched management and they are still trying to charge incorrectly for things and not professional in responding to emails or calls. I lived here for 3 years and had the air conditioner break atleast 20 times, only to be told “ well it’s working for now right” instead of just getting it fixed. I’ve had multiple floods in the laundry room and issues getting a proper working washer when mine was broken. I was told to just go to the laundry mat and do it there, yet I was paying to have the washer and the electricity. Nobody answers phone calls and you have to literally email multiple times to even get a response. On top of that I moved out and spent hours cleaning the apartment to make sure it was cleaned, as requested in the move out instructions. I am now being charged $100 for apartment cleaning because the new management states “ it was not professionally cleaned”. Nowhere in my lease or move out documents does it state that the apartments needs to be “professionally cleaned”. It only states that apartment itself needs to be cleaned by the tenant. Nonetheless my whole apartment was cleaned, minus 2-3 marks inside the oven, which I was charged for as well. I understand the oven cleaning charge but they are just stealing my money for the apartment cleaning , even after doing the walkthrough and the management stating that the apartment was cleaned and smelt good. I lived here for 3 years and had a pet inside the apartment and the lady stated you couldn’t even tell there was ever a pet inside the apartment since it was so clean. Will be bringing to my lawyer since they want to take my money for something that is not stated in the lease. Should not have told me it was good and clean to turn around and charge me after the fact. Worst apartment complex and the new management seems like they want to take peoples money even after verbally stating everything was good to go. Do not move here. So many problems, rude people, and nothing is updated as they say. Worst experience I’ve had and I’ve lived in 5 plus apartments and never had the issues I have here.
