For what my family say it is a great place to live and there are a lot of restaurants and businesses around for your convenience.

The property management team responded immediately, got my air conditioning running again, and ordered a replacement dishwasher that is ready for delivery. The entire team is professional, courteous, and responsive. I truly appreciate the excellent service, especially over a holiday weekend.
- AJAriana JuarezAug 30, 20261.0Aqua Bay is the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived. Nothing inside the apartments works; it’s total chaos. The A/C units don't function properly and constantly freeze up, and the cabinets are full of bugs and cockroaches. You call, but they never answer. One of the maintenance men is very rude to people, and Ms. Mila gets angry when you ask for help. I wouldn't recommend this place at all; I was counting the days until I could leave. On top of nothing working, they try to charge you as if everything were brand new when you move out. A terrible place to live.
