Maria, our sales consultant, was incredibly helpful during the purchase phase. Evan guided us through the construction process with great communication and attention. After closing, Sean has been excellent in assisting us with warranty and post-purchase matters. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. We truly enjoy living here; the neighbors are friendly, and the environment feels welcoming and safe. We're very happy with our new home and the experience we've had with Pulte.

It's not super but decent. We are thinking of selling as we made a huge mistake, but two realtors came out and valued our home at a major loss. Not including commissions and seller fees. What a mistake buying from Pulte. The design center is terribly overpriced. You would be smart to run 🏃♂️
