  I called into the office today and was helped by Miriam. It’s a Monday morning and we all know how those can start some days, but Miriam was the most kindest, patient, and pleasant person. She listened and assisted and throughly explained what I needed to know. She made sure I received the confirmation email for my inquiry and made me feel confident that my request was making its way to where it needed to go. Thank you Miriam for your assistance once again, may we all be met with great customer service to start a Monday morning like you provided to me today.

  Associa has been, by far, the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. As a board member, I cannot believe how much chasing, reminding, escalating, and documenting it takes just to get basic things done. You cannot ask one simple question or make one straightforward request and expect someone to handle it. You send the email, wait, follow up, follow up again, escalate it, and eventually, after enough pressure, something may finally get done. The Board is managing the management company instead of Associa managing the property. In my experience, they are almost entirely reactive. Things sit until someone complains loudly enough. Requests get delayed for weeks or months, follow-through is poor, excuses are constant, and the Board is left trying to figure out what was never completed. Staffing has been another major problem. We have been without a dedicated property manager more than once, and the lack of continuity absolutely affects the community. When you are paying a professional management company, you should not constantly be wondering who is actually responsible for managing your property. If your Board is considering Associa, my advice is simple: don't. Go with another property management company. The delays, excuses, lack of follow-through, staffing problems, and constant need to force action are not worth it. A Board should not have to fight this hard to receive the service it is paying for. Associa has made managing our community harder, not easier, and based on my experience, I would absolutely choose another company.

  We would like to thank Natalie and David for helping us through the stressful process of moving into our rental property. Their support made everything go much more smoothly. We are very grateful for all their help and appreciate everything they did for us and getting us moved in prior to our lease expiration date.

  As the realtor for the tenant, I had a great experience working with Natalie Nodal and the Highland Grove Estate HOA. My tenants were bouncing around in temporary housing and had small children, so getting them settled quickly was really important. Natalie and the HOA were quick to respond and extremely helpful, moving fast on the approval process to get the family into their new home without delay. Really appreciated how responsive and accommodating they were for a situation that needed urgency. Highly recommend!
