- RSRaphael SinghMay 17, 20241.0My family moved from NY to Orlando. The biggest mistake I made was to choose Ryan homes as my first option due to their pricing. It was a disaster living in a home Ryan Homes built. So many times warranty had to come fix issues. The worst is the bathrooms. Always cracking. A poor quality home builder that tells you warranty will take care of it. So you must then fix your work schedule to be inconvenienced with warranty issues.
