- JTJennifer TorresJun 26, 20261.0I was shown an apartment that was extremely dirty and on top of that there were dead and alive roaches all over the place when I said something about it the excuse was well e we live in Florida there's always going to be roaches everywhere you go. And this was suppose to be a model apartment. The lady who showed me apartment was very nonchalant and looked liked she was just tired and ready to go. The pool was closed due to it not being up to code with the health department. First time impressions are everything and they failed at it.

I didn't read the sign completely on the door that said closed for lunch. It was pass the lunch time that was posted. I knocked on the door and she kept ignoring me, she could have gotten up without opening the door and instructed me to finish reading the rest of the note on the door, but instead she chose to ignore me and continued talking and laughing with the other two that were in the office with her. She was very unprofessional waving her hands to go away and continued to laugh with the others. Yes, I didn't read the note completely that said they was in a meeting, But yes, she could have gotten up to let me know to read it, or at least, say something instead of laughing at us.
