  My experience at The Hamilton once again was exceptional. I decided to tour again because the community really stood out to me and feels very special. Ellie gave me the tour and she was absolutely lovely! She was very welcoming, knowledgeable about the community, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Her service was amazing and she made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The Hamilton is such a beautiful community, and Ellie made my visit even better. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

  I just wanna say that I absolutely love Julio , Paul and some of the other staff here at The Hamilton. It’s such an incredible building to live and very exclusive. I’ve been here for almost 5 years now and I just wanna say that they have become like family to me. Especially Julio, Paul and of course king Mathew (The building is very own artist ) who has always been there for me and a handful of the other staff here. They always go above and beyond for us and I honestly feel like they are my best friends. Definitely recommend coming to this building just because of them as well as all the other incredible amenities. 💜

  Excelente experiencia con esta propiedad, es un lugar hermoso, muy bien cuidado y con una vista increíble. Desde el primer momento, el servicio ha sido muy profesional, el personal siempre está dispuesto a ayudar y la propiedad se mantiene en muy buenas condiciones. Quiero destacar especialmente el excelente trabajo de Arley, el técnico de mantenimiento. Es una persona muy responsable, profesional y atenta a los detalles. Cuando surge algún problema, responde rápidamente, explica lo que está haciendo y busca una solución efectiva. Se nota que tiene experiencia y que realmente se preocupa por hacer un trabajo de calidad. El mantenimiento y la atención que he recibido han sido excelentes. Definitivamente recomiendo esta propiedad por su buen servicio y, especialmente, por contar con técnicos como Arley. 5 estrellas sin duda.

  I had a great experience with the property’s customer service team. The maintenance team was extremely helpful, responsive, and did a great job resolving all of my issues. I also want to give a special thank-you to the Concierge team. They are available 24/7 and always on top of everything, making sure residents receive the help and support they need.Beautiful place Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service. Keep up the great work!

  Living here was a disappointment. I was misled on my tour, I asked specifically about construction/noise and was told that the Building to The northside was not being constructed. But come to find out, they are and HAD BEEN taking out and replacing every single window, balcony and door, resurfacing the entire pool area in Building… It is louder than the construction of the 50 story building being built on the other side of the building. There is construction noise, hammering, jackhammers, sawing, metal on metal scraping, all the time. The only quiet day I ever experience at the Hamilton was Christmas Day. Construction immediately picked up the next day. It is living in a construction zone with dust everywhere. You have to get your car washed every two days because the parking garage is filthy. The parking garage was flooded every single day of the year, the entire time I lived there. The water is dirtyyyy and smells. And when I say flooded I mean you cannot wear sandals down to your car. There is consistently 1 to 3 inches of water filling the entire parking garage because it is at basement level and so all of the dust dirt and water from the streets literally pours into the garage. It’s crazy to me that people park hundred thousand dollar cars in that disgusting garage. There is mold and mildew and other gross brown gunk growing all over the garage and there is nothing being done about it. The first day of living at the Hamilton, my neighbor hit my car in the parking lot and left, leasing did absolutely nothing about it. And then there’s the rundown amenities..The steam room smells like feet. People consistently wear their sneakers and gym clothes inside both the sauna and steam room which is unsanitary and disgusting. I used them once and when I realized how smelly and dirty they were never again. The little spa set up they have is totally smoke and mirrors and only made to look good to people on a tour but in reality you will never use it and if you do you will realize it smells like a high school locker room. The pool is not usable because construction noise is so loud, sun is blocked by both buildings, and the prominent noise is unbelievably stressful and overstimulating outside. Balconies are covered in construction dust and there is more construction of new buildings to start soon surrounding the entire area. It is not worth the prices that they are gouging people with. I was originally told my rent would be $3900 but every month I was charged over $4250, one month over $4300- they charge you for the electricity in the hallway?!! “Common electricity” … so if my rent is not contributing to the electrical use of the entire building? What is my rent going to?They charge you for trash a random amount every month that can change exponentially from month-to-month. If your neighbor decides to throw out a lot of trash that month, YOU will be paying for it. Overall this was a typical faux luxury apartment disappointment.
