The building is perfectly located, the amenities are great, and everyone is very friendly! My apartment has beautiful views and is very comfortable. I really enjoy living here and have had a wonderful experience so far.:::

Todo iba bien hasta que llego Ashley una chica que parece quiere subir de puesto pisoteando y abusando de las personas. Que mala vibra en Solitair desde que llego esta muchacha solo puedo decir que Dios bendiga su ignorancia, realmente debe pasar un curso de como tratar a los residentes.

NO SAFTEY HERE. Anyone from the streets to access the stair case and access any resident floor. Half the fob locks for doors don’t work. Break ins happening frequent and management does nothing

Moona, Valeria, and Ashley were absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was a little hesitant at first because of some of the reviews I had seen, but after my experience, I have to disagree. I also work in property management, so I completely understand that certain situations can come up. What really stood out to me was how willing they were to double-check information and see whether accommodations could be made rather than simply giving a quick answer. Top-level customer service from start to finish! I truly appreciated their help and cannot wait to officially lock everything in and get my move-in date. Thank you again, Moona, Valeria, and Ashley!

I currently live at Solitair Brickell and pay $3,094 per month in rent. For that price, I expect a luxury living experience and, at the very least, reliable access to my own apartment. Unfortunately, this building fails at the most basic level. Today is Saturday. I came home around 5:07 PM because I needed to get my belongings, including my cosmetics and everything I needed to prepare for a wedding. Instead of simply walking into the apartment that I pay thousands of dollars for every month, I was locked out because the electronic lock battery had died. This isn’t some rare emergency. The battery issue keeps happening. Residents should not have to worry about whether they’ll be able to enter their own home because the building fails to maintain its access system. The response from management was completely unacceptable. Instead of solving the problem immediately, I was essentially told to wait. Wait until someone becomes available. Wait longer. At one point it even sounded like I might have to wait until Monday. That is unbelievable. My fiancée was crying because we couldn’t access everything we needed for an important event. Imagine paying over $3,000 a month and not even being able to enter your own apartment when you need it most. And this is just one of many problems. The elevators are another nightmare. It’s completely normal to wait for a very long time because they’re overcrowded. I have photos showing huge lines of residents waiting—sometimes around 20 people just to get an elevator. This happens far too often and makes everyday life incredibly frustrating. This building markets itself as a luxury property, but the experience is far from luxury. Poor maintenance, unreliable building systems, constant elevator delays, and management that doesn’t seem prepared to handle urgent resident issues. No resident should ever be locked out of their own apartment because of a dead battery. No resident should have to spend their weekend waiting for someone to let them into a home they’re paying thousands of dollars to live in. If you’re considering moving to Solitair Brickell, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are many other buildings in Brickell that will respect your time, maintain their property properly, and provide the level of service you would expect for this price. I cannot recommend Solitair Brickell to anyone.
