I’ve had a great experience living in this condo. The property is very well maintained, everything is clean, organized, and runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. It’s a place where you genuinely feel comfortable.
What really stands out is the staff. From the front desk—especially Luis—to the entire team, everyone is consistently professional, friendly, and attentive.
Overall, I’m very happy living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality building with excellent service.
luis and marcos are honestly the best part about this building, they are always so friendly and welcoming, and honestly just wonderful people to talk to! they are always energetic and excited whenever i see them and that really makes my day, they always provide help whether it would be building related or personal life related! i feel like i could count on them for anything
I'm actually stunned at how terrible a building this is, especially at $4000/month. The lobby always reeks because the dumpsters are nearby, there is no package room, the concierge is useless, an elevator is always out of service and they are slow to begin with, the elevator touch screens are frequently unresponsive so you have to repeatedly hit your floor and pray it registers, the pool has been under construction for months, and noise comes in from the street at all hours of the day. Building management sends people to fix issues promptly, but things never actually get fixed. Stay away

I would like to write a review about Luis at the front desk.
I have lived at Solitair for about a year and a half, and Luis has truly made my experience here significantly better. Every morning he greets residents with the biggest smile, great energy, and a genuinely personable attitude. His presence sets a positive tone for the day and makes the building feel welcoming.
Luis consistently goes out of his way to help residents. There have been multiple occasions where I needed assistance..whether it was dropping my keys down the elevator shaft, getting locked out of my apartment, or needing general help, and he has always gone above and beyond to assist me. What stands out even more is that I see him do the same for everyone else. He treats every resident with patience, kindness, and care.
I have lived in several apartment buildings where front desk staff simply do their job and keep to themselves, but Luis is different. He genuinely cares about the residents and creates a sense of community in the building.
My family has also grown very fond of him. He always takes the time to speak with my little brother and has built warm, friendly relationships with my family when they visit. It may seem like a small thing, but those interactions make a big difference and contribute to why I enjoy living here so much.
Luis has become a meaningful part of my experience at Solitair, and I truly hope he is recognized for the dedication, kindness, and positive energy he brings to the building every day
I have very mixed feelings about the building as they have a 2 week period of fire alarm testing that doesn’t happen in any other buildings. As many residents work from home it is very inconvenient. They recently gave us a notice that the pool is under construction until further notice without a discount on the ridiculous cost of rent for elevators and amenities that work half the time. The pool is included in the amenity cost and there was no info on when it would be done. I also have noticed they constantly are either firing people or have a high turnover rate which concerns me as I want to trust the people at the front of the building but no one is ever there for more than 6 months. Lewis at the front desk and Loraine are the only two I constantly have seen. Lewis who works during weekdays is trustworthy and always the kindest to the residents in the building. In all the properties I’ve lived in I’ve never experience such kindness from someone as well as trust for my safety. Hopefully they stay for a long time.
