  1 Star – Do Not Move Here We are leaving Palmetto Place after consistently paying rent on time, following community rules, and trying to work professionally with management regarding ongoing issues throughout our tenancy. The biggest reason we are leaving is the way management, specifically Romina, handled resident concerns. Instead of feeling heard or respected, every interaction felt dismissive, defensive, or unnecessarily difficult. Over time we dealt with: - repeated appliance failures - multiple unresolved washing machine repair requests - drainage issues - trash compactor failures - overflowing garbage and bulk dumping throughout the property - inconsistent enforcement of community rules - poor communication regarding charges and maintenance The trash situation alone became unacceptable at times. We documented repeated overflow, mattresses and furniture dumped outside the compactor area, and even received notices from management confirming the compactor was not functioning and valet trash service was interrupted. What is most disappointing is that we were not problem tenants. We simply documented issues and expected management to uphold the same standards residents are expected to follow. Communication became increasingly frustrating, especially toward the end of our tenancy. Questions regarding billing and prorated rent often went unanswered, and there was very little accountability when concerns were raised. The property itself has potential, but management makes a huge difference in where people choose to live. Unfortunately, our experience with Romina and the handling of resident concerns is the reason we ultimately decided to leave. I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to carefully research recent reviews and consider how management responsiveness may impact your experience living here.

  Great pricing and good area in Kendall. Pool, gym, dog park, two Pickleball courts all in the community & kings of meadows community park right across the street. Jessica was truly amazing and helped me a lot to meet a deadline and move in. Nice community!!!

  No recomiendo este lugar en absoluto para vivir, cuando vas a rentar las personas de la oficina se muestran muy profesionales y amables pero después si necesitas ayuda e incluso información el trato es horrible, te enfrentas con perros de pelea, Te atienden con mucha agresividad, siempre a la defensiva y nunca resuelven problemas. Por ejemplo, te venden que el condominio tiene seguridad y protección, tienes que pagar para parquear el carro, supuestamente tienen cámaras de seguridad que deben funcionar para los intereses de ellos porque me robaron el carro Y al acercarme a la oficina a plantearle el problema, no había terminado lo que le estaba diciendo del robo del carro y con tremenda mala actitud me dijo que el condominio no se responsabilizaba por esto. No es recomendable para nadie vivir en este lugar

  Son muy anti profesionales, la dirección de la oficina avasalla a los inquilinos, los humillan, no cumplen nada de lo que prometen cuando rentas un apartamento. Es sucio y tiene humedad, por lo que posiblemente tenga moho. Los balcones están rajados que es muy peligroso ya que pueden colapsar.
