  I cannot recommend them enough. Have lived here for almost 11 months and the management team has treated me like family. Jenny, Hernando and Taylor were always very pleasant, understanding and quick to find solutions to any issues that I had. If it wasn’t for the location of my new job, it would have been an easy lease renewal on my end.

  Just a shout out to Hernando and Taylor. I have been at InTown for a number of years. Since you guys took over from Greystar, things have really improved. They did nothing about package deliveries or the carpet in common areas. Now, I get my packages much quicker and the carpets are cleaned regularly. You guys even answer the phones! I brought my friends Andrew and Diana over for the world baseball classic party on March 17. They told me that the just went to see Hernando about a unit here in June. Thanks for making things easier.

  Delivering a package here was alright.. they had multiple roads blocked off for some event. Delivery drivers are supposed to enter in rear entrance, not entrance on Tamiami. They have an East wing and a West wing upon entering the building. Resident can allow access.

  Agnes is the vibe of the lobby area. Every resident loved her and always smiled and greeted. She always resolved any issues I had on the spot. Don’t know what happened but myself and all other residents I speak to feel she needs to be kept as part of staff! Hope this gets read by someone in management to make it happen. Everyone loves Agnes

  Beautiful, well-designed complex in the heart of Miami. I lived here for about a year and never had any issues. The pool is great, and the gym is even better. The price is fair for the location, and overall it’s a great place to live.
