  So excited that we finally have a dog park! My dogs are absolutely loving it, and it’s such a great addition for everyone in the building with pets. Ever since the new management team took over, we’ve noticed so many improvements throughout the property, and the dog park is definitely one of our favorites. It’s really nice to see the building continuing to improve and management listening to what residents want. We’re very happy to call this home!

  I’ve been living at Intown Apartments for the past two years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I recently transferred to a new unit, and Hernando made the entire process so smooth and easy from start to finish. He was always helpful, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of without any stress. I’ve really enjoyed living at Intown, and the community, location, and overall experience have been great. It’s nice to know you have a team that actually cares about the residents and is willing to help when you need it. I would definitely recommend Intown Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home!

  Hernando is the reason living in this building feels like home. From the moment we decided to move to another unit in the building, he made sure to actually listen - not just nod along, but take real time to walk through the apartment with us and make sure everything was exactly right before he considered the job done. That kind of patience and attention is RARE in Miami. What sets him apart is that he genuinely cares. He's not just doing a job - he knows people in the building, checks in, remembers details, and treats everyone like a neighbor rather than a name on a lease. Jenny brings that same spirit - always easy to work with, friendly, and responsive every time we've needed something. She has a way of making the building feel more welcoming, and it's clear she genuinely cares about the residents. Honestly, this building would not be the same without the two of them. Together, they've become part of what makes it feel like a community, and I know I'm not the only resident who feels that way.

  I’ve been searching for an apartment in Miami for a couple weeks and kept getting drawn back to intown, Hernando was wonderful to work with on finding me the right apartment. The location is incredible and you can get to all the surrounding iconic neighborhoods in 10 minutes or less. The entire staff made moving in so easy . I LOVE MIAMI.
