  The communication here is abysmal. They show complete indifference to any requests or complaints. No matter how many times you ask for a refund or report an issue, they take zero action. I’ve been waiting an entire year for a dishwasher replacement because the smoke smell is unbearable, and even after trying to fix it myself, it still doesn’t work. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to take any action is unacceptable. I strongly warn everyone to avoid this place.

  The staff is really lovely and they deal with you really nice. Daphney and Ana are amazing they will help you with anything possible. Awesome society and people!
