  This apartment complex is absolutely filthy and poorly managed. From the moment you move in, it becomes painfully obvious that once they have your signature on the lease, customer service and accountability go straight out the window. The office staff has been rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Any concerns you have after moving in seem to become your problem. They are quick to get you signed up and moved in, but when something goes wrong, suddenly nobody wants to take responsibility. And the maintenance is by far the worst part. I moved into my apartment expecting everything to be in working condition. Literally the very next morning, my bathroom flooded and my AC stopped working. Weeks later, I'm still dealing with problems that should have been addressed properly from the beginning.

  I have been living there for 5 years.Maintenance sucks and plus they don’t replace anything.You wait days for them to actually fix or change anything.I have gotten rid of the roaches little by little.I don’t understand how we paying rent for them to actually do their job.I’m so disappointed and upset.I replaced my dryer on my own .Whenever it’s convenient for them they come .I feel like they don’t care only to collect rent period.

  Muy agradable vivir aquí ,es un lugar muy limpio,los apartamentos muy bonitos. Manager Isabel muy amable y eficiente en su trabajo, al igual El Joven de mantenimiento muy eficiente. Gracias por sus atenciones. Muchas bendiciones.
