  I have been living there for 5 years.Maintenance sucks and plus they don’t replace anything.You wait days for them to actually fix or change anything.I have gotten rid of the roaches little by little.I don’t understand how we paying rent for them to actually do their job.I’m so disappointed and upset.I replaced my dryer on my own .Whenever it’s convenient for them they come .I feel like they don’t care only to collect rent period.

  Muy agradable vivir aquí ,es un lugar muy limpio,los apartamentos muy bonitos. Manager Isabel muy amable y eficiente en su trabajo, al igual El Joven de mantenimiento muy eficiente. Gracias por sus atenciones. Muchas bendiciones.

  The communication here is abysmal. They show complete indifference to any requests or complaints. No matter how many times you ask for a refund or report an issue, they take zero action. I’ve been waiting an entire year for a dishwasher replacement because the smoke smell is unbearable, and even after trying to fix it myself, it still doesn’t work. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to take any action is unacceptable. I strongly warn everyone to avoid this place.
