    The Buildings Need Reconstruction And Lots Of MAINTENANCE From The Inside Out There's Animal Poop Is EveryWhere Starting From Dogs Too Cats There's No Where To Park There's No Where To Swim The Pool Is Always Closed The Office Is Never Open It's Just Looks And Gives Off Dirty The Trees Need To Be Cut Back So The Parking Lot Can Be Lit Up And Night It's Very Dark For The People That Are Getting Home Late Nights They Only Care About What The Front Looks Like When It Comes To Maintaining Cutting Back The Trees And Around The Office The Tennis Court Is A Mess There's Holes In The Buildings That We Are Paying To Live In Exactly What Are Paying For When Are Going Get These Issues Fix When A Building Collapses Be ForReal.. Every Time I Go Make A Maintenance Call NOTHING Gets Fix There's Always Excuses To Why Things Are Not Getting Down And I Have Put In Multiple Work Orders My Refrigerator Is Leaking On The Inside My Fan In The Master Bedroom Is Not Working My Dryer Is NOT Getting HOT Under All The Sinks Kitchen And Both Bathrooms Are Separating From The Back And No One Seems To Care Again I Have Put In Multiple Work Orders And NOTHING Is Being Done My Next Will Be My Lawyer And Help Me Howard It Makes No Sense To Be Living And Paying Rent While Living In These Awful Conditions And It Doesn't Seem To Me Like The Maintenance Guys Are Busy When I Come Home And He His Gulf Cart At His Apartment Therefore He/They Are Cleary Not Busy.. They Havent Even Sprayed The Insides For Many Years These Apartments Have Completely Went Down Hill Since We Got New Management..I Refuse To Pay My Rent Until These Things And Problems Have Been Solved Have A Great Day.

    Management is horrible. Vehicle maintenance is an issue. Rent has gone up with no renovations to the property. My toilet leaks water, my Tub doesn't have hot water for a bath. I have to turn on the shower first, before selecting hot water. The A/C leaks and needs repair every month. The oven broke, only the stove works. Dryer and washer goes out from time to time. Low budget Security, the entrance and exit gate stays open. Security officer does a horrible job. Homeless people and trespassers walk in and out the gate, non-residents drive in and out the complex as they please. The gym and pool is closed most of the time. There's a parking issue with residents, broke cars and residents with multiple cars take up multiple parking spaces. No assigned parking, but constant threats from Management office of towing notice. Multiple cats and animals walking around urinating and scratching up cars. Breeding multiple kittens running around. Pool and gym constantly closed, the hours available, are hours residents are at work. 9-5pm M-F and 9-4:30pm on Saturday, Closed on Sunday. Hours of operation is bad. Management is only one with Key to gym and pool. Residents need a key to the amenities we pay for. Hours of operation needs to be increased. Multiple snakes and other wild life live on property, in bushes and hedges. I have to kill 3 snakes outside my house. 2 were on my front porch. I have to spray snake repellent around my house once a month. Theres a lot of areas that need improvement. Management is at the top of that list.

    Supuestamente estos apartamentos son free smoking zona eso es mentira ya que por donde quiera vez gente fumando marihuna,( si lo hacen dentro de su casa fine pero es constante en los alrededore) cigarrillos etc. las áreas alrededor no siempre están nice, el personal de la oficina horrible. No le dan prioridad a la gente que ya vive aquí para moverse a otro apartamento más grande o viceversa.

Verdad creo q este es el único al q vale decir q el personal de MANTENIMIENTO ES 100% factible - este sitio cuenta con un equipo increíble; no solo es q son súper amables, educados y a la hora a los necesiten ellos estan__ gracias
