    Our apartment is very spacious, and the community has beautiful green areas that make it feel peaceful and welcoming. The pool is always very clean and pleasant to spend time at. Overall, it’s a lovely place to live.

    Living at Lakehouse has been an outstanding experience from day one. The leasing office team consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely at home. Every interaction has been professional, friendly, and efficient, whether it involves maintenance coordination, community questions, or general resident support. What truly stands out is the level of communication and care the staff provides. The office is always responsive, attentive, and willing to help with any concern promptly. It’s refreshing to live in a community where management takes pride in maintaining a positive and comfortable environment for its residents. The property itself is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and inviting, but it is the leasing office team that truly elevates the experience. Their dedication to resident satisfaction does not go unnoticed. I highly recommend Lakehouse to anyone looking for a community that combines professionalism, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

    I love this neighborhood because it is very organized, peaceful, and safe. They always have great events for families, and there is such a nice atmosphere between neighbors. I love living here because it truly feels like home.

    I have lived in residence at lake house for twelve years. It has been a wonderful experience and very friendly neighborhood in a gated community. Never had an issue staff. The staff and neighbors are friendly and if you ever have an issue with your apartment it is resolved in a day. Would recommend.

    ⭐️½ If I could give half a star, I would. Absolutely terrible experience with Graham Residential / Residences at Lakehouse. Be VERY careful if you rent here because they will absolutely find ways to keep your security deposit after move-out. I left my apartment in good condition and provided VIDEO evidence showing exactly how the unit was left. On top of that, they performed a pre-move-out inspection walkthrough where the maintenance manager stated everything looked fine. Funny how the apartment was supposedly “fine” before I handed over my keys, but suddenly after I moved out they decided to create almost $1,500 in charges. Even more concerning, the property manager later admitted she was not present during the final walkthrough after I vacated the apartment and returned my keys. She also stated she was not aware of the inspection because she was not there to approve or personally inspect the unit herself. So how exactly can tenants trust that these charges are accurate, legitimate, or even properly verified if the very person in charge never inspected the apartment personally? To make matters worse, they later sent me photos supposedly showing the apartment “dirty” or with debris on the floor, conditions that absolutely do not match how I left the apartment. I have videos documenting the actual move-out condition, which directly contradicts the narrative management is now trying to create after the fact. They attempted to charge me $1,475 for “steam cleaning,” “odor remediation,” and almost $1,000 for AC duct cleaning, despite the fact that this apartment had ongoing AC issues throughout my tenancy, including repeated maintenance requests and flooding problems. Instead of taking accountability for an HVAC system that already had issues, they chose to pass the costs onto the tenant. Under Florida Statute §83.49, tenants have the right to dispute security deposit claims within 15 days, which I did immediately and in writing to the managers email response. Management acknowledged receiving my dispute and claimed it would be forwarded to corporate. Instead of professionally addressing the dispute or responding to the evidence I submitted, they simply mailed out the remaining balance check anyway as if the dispute process meant absolutely nothing. What is especially disappointing is that a well-known company like Graham Residential would operate this way and attempt to squeeze every possible dollar out of members of the community who paid rent on time and fulfilled their lease obligations. Companies with established reputations should hold themselves to a higher standard of professionalism, transparency, and fairness instead of making former residents fight over questionable charges after move-out. The management office is extremely unprofessional. Staff changes constantly, employees contradict each other, and communication is a complete disaster. One person says one thing, another says something entirely different. There is zero consistency, accountability, or professionalism. After researching online, I found multiple former tenants reporting similar issues involving excessive security deposit deductions and questionable move-out charges. Based on my experience, I completely understand why. Save EVERY email. Record EVERYTHING. Take detailed move-in and move-out videos because you may need to protect yourself later. Because based on my experience, you may end up having to fight for money that rightfully belongs to you.
