  I recently toured a unit at St. Tropez, and I cannot express enough how kind and welcoming Ms. Pelaez was during my visit. The community was beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained, and the apartment was lovely. Although I waited too long and the unit I liked was quickly leased, I truly appreciated the wonderful experience she provided. Ms. Pelaez was professional, attentive, and even surprised me with several of my favorite candies—the soft peppermint puffs from her office. Such a thoughtful touch! Thank you for making my visit so memorable.

  DO NOT RENT HERE‼️‼️ Warning ⚠️ Please do not rent here. They are roach infested, termites infestation, black mold and leakage of AC they refuse to fix. You have to pay $750 transfer fee that you must pay to transfer and they will re-run your credit during this process. One unit the black mold in the ac was bad they had a worker come out and wipe them paint over the mold. Me and my son stayed in the hospital with sinus infections due to the mold. I had the hissing clock roaches the huge ones, in my garage and house roaches that they would have pest control come out and spray but it only made the roaches come even more. They literally lived in the wall basically. Don’t be fooled with the outside, & the word luxury. Nothing is luxury living here. I lived here 8yrs and transferred 5x … it just got worse each time I transferred. I will post pictures so you will understand I’m not exaggerating! Oh yeah, the security gate is always broke!!
