  I have had a wonderful experience at South Pointe Apartments since moving here in May 2026. A special thank-you to Carmen Carta, who made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always available to answer my questions. I would also like to thank Property Manager Vanessa Diaz for being so helpful and welcoming throughout the process. A coworker recommended this community to me, and I can confidently confirm all the positive things he shared. The residents are friendly, professional, and respectful, and the community has a welcoming atmosphere—especially for dog owners who enjoy spending time together at the dog park. I’m very happy to call South Pointe Apartments home!

  This is THE most unprofessional apartment in this community. I called and made an appointment. Show up, no clear leasing office signs. I park and call only to be told by an OFF SITE individual that there is no appointment registered AND he also has no idea what the building looks like so cant direct me. I walk around and find the leasing office. It has a sign that says Come in, we're open. However the door is locked. No bell, no call box. I see a woman sitting on a cellphone chatting so I knock. She turns around and I smile and wave and she turns away. Never comes open the door. Never acknowledges if I should wait. I stood outside 20 min waiting for anyone to show up and no one else did. Looks like they don't need their apartments rented.

  Moving process was fast. The apartment complex is gorgeous. Very clean and tidy. Always smells nice. Vanessa and Carmen helped us through our process and we are very grateful with them!

  We are so happy to have found this apartment. Truly the application, move in process has been so easy and smooth. The staff has been there for us and helping us since day one. Carmen, Vanessa and all the girls from the leasing office have been amazing!

  Nice, cozy, clean, brand new apt, Janile was amazing, she explained everything, friendly !
