  New Barn Apartments is no longer the New Barn Apartments it used to be It is truly disappointing to see how this community has changed since the new management took over. In my experience as a resident, instead of improving, many areas and basic services have significantly deteriorated. The laundry area is one of the clearest examples. The washing machines are often broken or out of service. Some do not have hot water, and others have a truly unpleasant smell. The dryers are no better: several are out of order, and some make excessive noise throughout the entire drying cycle. Using such a basic service has become a frustrating experience. There is also a clear lack of cleanliness and maintenance in different areas of the community. There is visible dirt, poorly maintained spaces, and at night, too many areas remain dark due to insufficient lighting. All of this creates a sense of neglect that was not as noticeable before. What is most disappointing is exactly that: seeing how a community that once had a better image and a higher standard of care has been steadily declining in quality. A new management team should represent improvement, organization, maintenance, and a better living experience for residents. Unfortunately, so far my perception has been completely different. New Barn Apartments no longer feels like the New Barn Apartments it once was. I sincerely hope management listens to residents’ concerns and begins addressing these issues, because those of us who pay to live here deserve clean, functional, well-lit, and properly maintained facilities.

  Mi esposa y yo fuimos en busca de un arrendamiento, nos atendió Sheila. Nos impresionó su gentileza, nos dio una excelente explicación sobre el proceso de aplicación y un recorrido muy detallado, el condominio está muy cuidado, los apartamentos con lindas distribuciones. Nos vemos pronto!!

  I have lived at New Barn Apartments for the past four years, and I have never seen this community in such poor condition until the new management and Property Manager took over. The decline is noticeable throughout the property. The common areas are dirty, poorly maintained, and many of the hallway lights are either broken or not working properly. The landscaping has also been neglected, making the property look run-down instead of welcoming. Another ongoing issue is the trash areas. The dumpsters are frequently overflowing, with garbage left outside the containers and unpleasant odors surrounding the area. This creates an unhealthy and unattractive environment for residents. The laundry room has become one of the biggest frustrations. Most of the time, several washers and dryers are out of service. Even when machines are available, the laundry room often has an unpleasant smell, and there are frequent issues with the hot water. For residents who rely on these facilities, this has become a constant inconvenience. What is even more frustrating is that our rent increases every year, yet we see no meaningful improvements to the property. The common areas continue to deteriorate, the parking areas receive little attention, and the overall maintenance standards have declined significantly. Residents should be able to see where these rent increases are being invested. After living here for four years, I can honestly say this community has never been in worse condition than it is today. It's disappointing because New Barn Apartments used to be a much better place to live. I sincerely hope the property owners take residents' concerns seriously, evaluate the performance of the current management team, and invest in restoring the property to the standard that residents deserve.
