  I’ve lived here for about 8 years and have had a great experience overall. The property is well maintained and the office staff are always helpful, Pilar in particular is great to work with. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here.

  I've lived at Executive for over 10 years. The most important thing when choosing a place to live is safety and peace and quiet. This is a very safe area and it is also peaceful and quiet. They have beautifully renovated apartments at very good prices. If you have any issues in your apartment, the maintenance staff is quick to address them. The leasing office is fantastic. Isel and Lisbeth are both very helpful and kind. Pilar in the leasing office is the best! I've known her for years now and she truly looks after the residents and is on top of everything. It's great to have such trustworthy individuals watching over the community. In summary, you get beautifully renovated apartments at reasonable prices in a very safe and peaceful area, in a great location with easy access to the Palmetto Expressway and I-75 as well as to Main Street shopping/dining/entertainment. The leasing office is outstanding and very trustworthy. If you are looking for a great place to live, I definitely recommend you check out Executive Apartments.

  Me and my husband just moved into the exectuive apartment community and it has been wonderful. Pilar and Isel made the sign on leasing agreement super simple and quick. They were very attentive to answering any time I called with questions. The apartment was super clean when we moved in. We had to do very minimal cleaning. Our door wasnt working properly & immediately the maintence team came and fixed the issue. The area is so nice and peaceful. I am so happy & pleased with the service I recieved at the Executive Apartments ! 😊

  I just moved to Executive apartments and am loving it here- the community is very calm and clean, everything is very well taken care of. Pilar Rodriguez from the management office helped me throughout the whole process. Her energy, charisma and friendliness really made me feel at home. She took care of everything quickly. Very happy with the whole experience!

  Very disappointing experience. Management charges unnecessary fees, maintenance issues are not properly resolved, and units are not cleaned before move-in. There is a pest issue, I highly recommend that units require consistent pest control. There is also a very bad humidity problem that makes living conditions uncomfortable.I would recommend looking elsewhere — Crescent House is a much better option.
