  Pilar and the staff are amazing. They are very friendly and do whatever they can to help community. Any issues are addressed immediately and they have some great community events.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this leasing office. I initially came in excited to tour and apply, as the property seemed like a great fit. However, the interaction quickly turned negative once I was transparent about my credit history. Instead of discussing possible options or considering the full application (especially since I planned to apply with my girlfriend, who has excellent credit), I was immediately discouraged from even trying. I was essentially told it wasn’t worth applying, and the tour itself was cut short after that. What made the situation worse was the tone and demeanor of the staff. I visited with my parents, and we all felt the interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional. As someone who is actively working to improve my credit and still met the other qualifications, I expected at least a fair opportunity to be considered. Overall, the lack of willingness to work with applicants and the way the situation was handled left a very negative impression.

  I’ve lived here for about 8 years and have had a great experience overall. The property is well maintained and the office staff are always helpful, Pilar in particular is great to work with. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here.

  I've lived at Executive for over 10 years. The most important thing when choosing a place to live is safety and peace and quiet. This is a very safe area and it is also peaceful and quiet. They have beautifully renovated apartments at very good prices. If you have any issues in your apartment, the maintenance staff is quick to address them. The leasing office is fantastic. Isel and Lisbeth are both very helpful and kind. Pilar in the leasing office is the best! I've known her for years now and she truly looks after the residents and is on top of everything. It's great to have such trustworthy individuals watching over the community. In summary, you get beautifully renovated apartments at reasonable prices in a very safe and peaceful area, in a great location with easy access to the Palmetto Expressway and I-75 as well as to Main Street shopping/dining/entertainment. The leasing office is outstanding and very trustworthy. If you are looking for a great place to live, I definitely recommend you check out Executive Apartments.

  Me and my husband just moved into the exectuive apartment community and it has been wonderful. Pilar and Isel made the sign on leasing agreement super simple and quick. They were very attentive to answering any time I called with questions. The apartment was super clean when we moved in. We had to do very minimal cleaning. Our door wasnt working properly & immediately the maintence team came and fixed the issue. The area is so nice and peaceful. I am so happy & pleased with the service I recieved at the Executive Apartments ! 😊
