  I lived here 18 years. It has been a safe and quiet place. The maintenance of the apartment very good and fast. The personnel attention very profesional, especially Maria. I would highly recommend living here.

  What a beautiful property! Safe, clean and so close to everything. The staff Jonelle and Nancy were exceptional at helping with the application process and made move in a breeze.

  Yesterday I visited the apartments with my mom and my boyfriend around 5:25 PM, just before the office was closing at 6 PM. Even though it was late and they were about to close, Maria Ruiz, the Property Manager, welcomed us with such kindness and warmth. Another person mentioned there might not be enough time, but Maria still took the time to show us one of the apartments and explain everything to us without rushing. Her attitude truly made a difference. She was patient, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell she really cares about the residents and about making people feel comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and feels very safe. But what really made the experience special was Maria’s incredible customer service. Because of the way she treated us, we left feeling excited and seriously considering moving here soon. Thank you, Maria, for going above and beyond people like you make a place feel like home before you even move in.

  We've recently decided to renew our lease at Crescent House, managed by Graham Residential, and it’s been an easy choice. This is our latest experience with Graham Residential properties, each offering its own unique appeal. Crescent House stands out for its ideal location on the quieter side of Main Street, providing a peaceful, welcoming environment that feels like home. The property is always well-maintained, with attention to detail evident in the regular landscaping, cleanliness of common areas, and overall upkeep. The leasing office team and maintenance staff are consistently professional, approachable, and efficient, making sure resident needs are met with genuine care. Choosing Crescent House over other options proved to be the right decision, and we’re excited to continue enjoying all it has to offer in the year ahead.

  Living in Crescent House for almost 1 year has been a great experience. Both the community and leasing office have been the best. We highly recommend this place to live!
