  I recently moved into this apartment community, and so far my experience has been wonderful. The leasing staff made the entire move-in process easy and stress-free. Thank you Pilar, Lizbeth and Isel for everything you helped me with. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I had. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I already feel at home and am excited to be part of this community. Thank you to everyone who helped make my move such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  My experience here was ok until move-out.. I took excellent care of my apartment and still had over $600 deducted from my security deposit for what I believe were ordinary wear-and-tear items associated with normal use of the unit. I disputed the charges and attempted to resolve the matter with management, but the deductions were upheld. My recommendation to future tenants is to thoroughly photograph and video every inch of the apartment at move-in and move-out, including all appliances, walls, doors, and fixtures. Do not assume that taking good care of the unit will be enough to avoid move-out charges. I was very disappointed with how the security deposit process was handled.

  I’ve lived at 6600 for almost 3 years and couldn’t recommend it more. Ynarvy has been extremely helpful during both of my leasing processes, and Stephanie the property manager has been helpful, attentive, and communicative. They are always doing projects to keep the apartment maintained and up to date. My apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Happy to call this home for the past 3 years
