  Super easy move in process, huge space for what you pay. Brittany in the leasing office has been super helpful for anything we have needed, always has a smile on her face. Been here almost a month and it’s been great so far.

  long-term resident and love the apartments. best square footage for the price. they may not have all the fancy amenities that the “luxury” builds use to overprice their tuna cans, but it has a great salt water pool, consistent daily trash valet, great parking, in-apartment storage, good neighbors and amazing staff.

  I love it here. Everything is great but I do have some issues. 1). The patio ceiling has holes in it and the neighbor upstairs she’s not too ( clean ) she be sweeping, doing her wigs etc… and then drop everything down on me. Meanwhile I have bought a super large carpet fixing my patio very nice and I can’t even enjoy it. They be fighting up there stumping night and day doesn’t matter the time. That pisses me off. I told the office they done nothing. 2). The internet bundle is ridiculous! I don’t care for tv so I don’t have that part setup. The is all I need but this thing barely can use on my computer. Then when I call customer service they said the complex give you the cheapest option the issue isn’t us 🙄like really I’m wasting that much money for a useless internet! Meanwhile I could get my own and pay 40-50$ for a high speed internet from this same company or 30$ for a high speed from spectrum . Not happy with this.including bundle in rent is a nonsense 🤷🏿‍♂️.

  Renter BEWARE!!!!Security deposit check that was returned to us after we left the apartment DID NOT CLEAR and was returned, now we can’t get a straight answer from anyone on when we will get a new check. We have been dealing with this for 2 weeks now and I’m sure if our rent was paid late or if our rent check didn’t clear we would have been charged late fees and returned check fee!
