  My experience with Katie my Sales Associate to Manny my construction manager to Lyndsey my customer service manager I had an amazing experience with the building of my home! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and handled with great care. The attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to quality truly exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my home and is so grateful and blessed for a builder who made the entire journey such a positive one. Highly recommend!

  Del Webb at Viera is an amazing 55+ up and coming community. We purchased a new built home and the process was extremely easy and stress free. From our first meeting with Heather, who guided us through the process, to our designer Crystal. who helped us in choosing the perfect upgrades, to our Construction Manager Morgan who was extremely knowledgeable and made the Construction process a stress free process and kept us informed along the way, and worked with us to ensure our home was perfect, made this process a very exciting move! We had purchased several homes throughout the years, and Del Webb has been our best home experience by far. Are there going to be hiccups along the way? Of course, but we had an excellent team that answered our questions and resolved our concerns. Things to keep in mind: As with most new built homes you usually pay more for upgrades, than if you shop around and hire from the lowest bidders. This means that the process to have your perfect home, will take longer because you have to wait for estimates, do your background checks, choose the right company for the job you want done, and if it requires pre-approval from the HOA, you need to add an additional Time period for the approval to come through (if your lucky in the first try). If you want to avoid the wait, choose the upgrades you must have by move in date, and shop for better deals for what can wait. Oh yeah, and the Club that just opened on April 4th 2026 is amazing! You will feel like you live in a resort!!! Highly recommend Del Webb!

  This was a very disappointing first experience. I drove about 30 miles expecting to view a few smaller floor plans and explore the amenities. Instead, the interaction quickly turned into a discussion about finances. As I answered her questions, the sales associate’s attitude noticeably changed. It felt like I was being judged for not looking at higher-end homes or for questioning some of the other fees. She had a snobby attitude and dismissive, showed no interest in helping, and ultimately suggested I look at other communities instead of showing me the property. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt unwelcome, so I decided to leave.
