  I’ve been living at Avocet in Melbourne, FL and overall it’s been a really good experience so far. This is a newer complex in a quiet area, which I love. It’s only about 15 minutes from the beach, so getting to the water is easy when I want a quick escape. The grounds are kept clean, there’s never been any parking issues, and the beautiful pool is literally just steps from my front door—super convenient. The apartments themselves are well maintained and spacious. Everything feels solid and thoughtfully laid out. One special shout-out: the application process was made so much easier thanks to Cassie. She provided much-needed help with the technology side of things and made the whole leasing experience smooth and stress-free. All in all, I’m happy with my choice. Clean, quiet, convenient, and well-run. Highly recommend Avocet if you’re looking in the Melbourne area.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  I just moved into the Avocet and I am loving it already. Cassi was super helpful through the entire process leading up to move-in, and everybody that I have talked to so far seems super nice. It’s located in a relatively quiet area, but is still a short drive to any shops or restaurants that you may want to go to. Looking forward to the days to come here.

  Apartments are tough, many offer all the same amenities and your happiness is ultimately driven by your surrounding community. Avocet offers a very quiet community that is hidden away from hustle and bustle but conveniently located by main arteries getting you anywhere in town within 15 min. The move in process here was one of the most seamless move-ins I have done. The leasing manager, Cassi, was incredibly accommodating to my move in date changes and my unit looked brand new when moving in. I do live in a central unit on the middle floor, so noise was to be anticipated; however, the noise levels I have experienced are typical of normal apartment living. From my experience, I don't believe Avocet can offer anything more within reason to increase the well-being of their residents. All in all, Avocet is a great, safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient place to lay your head.

  Cassi was a fantastic help! The place is beautiful and I'm glad me and my girlfriend decided on Avocet to be our new home!
