  As someone who continues to need to be a snowbird, I also continue to be a resident each winter of the Waters. The summer can not pass quick enough so I can return to the resort feel offered at this location. From the ocean sunrise from our private ocean front deck to the sunsets enjoyed from our Chickee huts dockside at the Indian River, the amenities such as craft class, water aerobics, yoga, and just fun weekly and holiday gatherings make living here a gift. I have always found staff as respectful to me as I trust I am to them? (I have no complaints) The only complaint I have is that this community has slowly out grown the size of our multi function club house. Our club house has not only NOT grown in size to accommodate the size of the community but has also become a chair/table storage, staff office space, coffee center and library. While I have shared these sentiments annually... ??? As I continue my 18 year winter residency, I do wish corporate would consider a solution to this need. Parties and gatherings should be able to include the number of residents and not be limited by the shortage of space in our clubhouse? Other than this... I am thankful I found this piece of paradise.

  Jeff and Shaylene hit the nail on the head. Perfect location near the beach, but the people in charge are annoying and act like this is some kind of gold plated resort that I must be honored to step foot upon. I found a similar location with less nosey people living there, which is more my speed. My home. My business. Bend at the knees and butt out!
