  I will update this once things improve! The leasing staff has been helpful and friendly so far. However, we moved in on 4/1 and our unfortunately our unit has an infestation of roaches and Godzilla-sized palmetto bugs! I spoke to the leasing office and the pest control company can't come until Friday (which is a week from now), so we are forced to suffer and sleep in a unit where we are finding cockroaches everywhere. Just a really terrible way to start things off moving to a new place and paying a premium to live in disgusting conditions.

  So far everything has been pretty great, I would say the only real downside is the traffic around here, but that's out of their control, and it can't be helped, but the amenities are great and the staff are super helpful

  It’s such a shame that an apartment complex that is so stunning, with great leasing agents, and great amenities is over shadowed by literally the LACK OF CARE FROM THEIR MAINTENANCE STAFF. Do not bother to have a problem because it won’t get fixed, at least not at a decent request time. Do not bother having an emergency in the middle of the night because they won’t come either. I have never encountered a more worthless group of maintenance people than the ones at this complex who literally do absolutely nothing. Mind you, they will receive a job a request from both the individual or the leasing agent and will literally ignore it and close out the order claiming it was complete. Makes you wonder if the apartments are even properly kept up with if the maintenance staff isn’t doing their job.

  We moved in a month ago and we love it! Eddie and the leasing team are lovely. They have been very accommodating, personable and professional. The pool and in home fixtures are 5 star! The negative reviews were definitely before this team took over. Thank you Eddie and team for all you do!
