  They purchased the house that is for sale beside my house. It’s been empty for almost a year now. Apparently they’re trying to sell it but they don’t mow the lawn or keep up the property at all. They leave the lights on inside and outside the empty house on a constant basis. They’ve been asked to shut the lights off after people leave the property as we are directly beside each other and the lights shine in our bedrooms all night. They have also been asked in writing to turn off the lights by the POA who also contacted them. The property looks like crap on the outside and they’re so rude and unconcerned about being decent neighbors, they’ll probably never sell the house.

  On June 29th I meet with a representative from mark spain regarding the sale of my home, I was doing the guaranteed offer not wanting to do traditional. After and excruciating conversation about he home and were I’m going to live don’t see why they need to know that but anyway have the realtor a walk throughout the home the realtor did his sales pitch and then asked me how he did. Well I had to reach to the realtor 3 days later cause I had not heard back regarding the sale of the home, on Friday I seen an email that was sent very late at night the previous night on Thursday and paperwork for myself and my wife to sign so the realtor can represent us for the so call deal. The offer that was given was a low ball offer I turned down the offer and told the realtor I’m not in the playing game business and told tell his investors to keep his money. I certainly wouldn’t be interested in doing business with mark spain, mark spain doesn’t buy house they outsource the sales to investors for low ball offers.
