  Fina Perez with Mark Spain is hands down one for the top Realator’s in the nations. My property had been listed with another agent for 9 months with no offered. She aggressively marketers my new build and managed to get it soled in 90 days at the appraised value!!

  The "Guaranteed Offer" you hear on commercials is a complete joke! It is just a way to get the company an opportunity to try to list your house for sale. They send you an extremely low-ball offer, (30-40% below market value) knowing you won't accept it, but hopefully they bank on getting the listing for 3.5% commission. See quote details attached for a 2- year old home, only lived in for 1- year, practically brand new and under warranty with a fair market value of $365,000. Zillow estimate is $373,000. LMAO!!

  Our Mark Spain experience was excellent from the beginning of the process to the end of the process. Not enough positive words for Fina Perez. Would recommend her 💯 of the time.
