  Don't believe anything any of their agents say. Had a bad experience with one of the agents, Fina Perez, she is very good in lying then ignoring your emails. Tried to call the office and complaint but I only reached a central number for all of the offices and the operator said that is no phone number for the Orlando office which is a joke

  They purchased the house that is for sale beside my house. It’s been empty for almost a year now. Apparently they’re trying to sell it but they don’t mow the lawn or keep up the property at all. They leave the lights on inside and outside the empty house on a constant basis. They’ve been asked to shut the lights off after people leave the property as we are directly beside each other and the lights shine in our bedrooms all night. They have also been asked in writing to turn off the lights by the POA who also contacted them. The property looks like crap on the outside and they’re so rude and unconcerned about being decent neighbors, they’ll probably never sell the house.
