I had such a great experience! Kim has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was explained clearly. Not only has Kim been amazing, but everyone on the team was so kind, welcoming, and professional. It's clear that they genuinely care about their clients and creating a positive experience. Thank you to Kim and the entire team for being so helpful and making everything such a pleasant experience so far. I highly recommend them!
Customer service isn't lost in this day and age, and certainly not on me. There's a lot of complexes in the surrounding area, and they all offer more or less the same thing. But the customer service here at the Iris was something that set them apart. Leslie went above and beyond. From the moment we shook hands, 48 hours had passed and I was approved and ready to go. They were also extremely available, and responsive; that's rare with places like this. Extremely smooth move in process.

Both my husband and I toured these apartments on Friday. Leslie was so pleasant! I loved loved loved these apartments. We've been looking for a couple of months and when we saw these, our decision was made. Thank you Leslie for everything!
Kim, Leslie, and Angie, the front office ladies, are incredible. They are very welcoming to my dog and me, always willing to answer any questions, and available for my concerns. The maintenance crew does a wonderful job with groundkeeping and responds promptly to household repairs. Knock on wood, there are no rodent or insect infestation issues at the IRIS, and they do an excellent job keeping these areas clean.

I’ve been living at Iris at Northpointe for two years, renewing for my third. Of all the apartments I’ve lived in, this has been my favorite by far. Kim and Leslie are always so kind and helpful in the office, as is Angela the property manager. The apartments are nice, the complex is well kept - they pressure wash the buildings often so things stay really clean, have never seen that done anywhere else. Maintenance is typically really responsive, though there were a few bigger ticket issues that took some time to get completely resolved (electric breaker needed replaced, took a few tickets and a few weeks. Also had a furnace blowout that took about four calls to get fixed and i had to be out of the apartment for a few days) but all were fully resolved within a week or two, just took a little follow up when the first attempt didn’t solve it. I’ve lived in plenty of places where the staff just did not care at all about their residents, this place does. Grateful I found Iris!
