  I wanted to also add to my review that when Seena and myself connected I was moving from Texas to Florida while still in Texas she assisted me with video etc., and the first rental property was in Valrico, Florida and after my full year there I relocated to Zepherhills, Florida and the transition was amazing!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seena Allen is truly an amazing realtor! She has helped me with two rental homes in Tampa, Florida, and both experiences were absolutely seamless. From start to finish, she was supportive, patient, and completely attentive to my needs. She stayed within my budget and somehow still managed to find exactly what my sister and I were looking for — not just once, but twice! That alone speaks volumes about her dedication and expertise. What I appreciate most about Seena is that she doesn’t just “do her job” — she genuinely cares. Moving can be stressful, but she understands that and walks with you through the entire process. She listens, communicates clearly, and makes sure you feel confident every step of the way.
