  Makaila was a great help in our move from Texas to Florida 3 weeks ago. She worked with us through the entire process and made it seamless. Thanks for all your help and great to see you yesterday and put a face with a name. We love it here!

  Makaila made my need for a quick move such an exceptional and easy experience. Everything was explained to me in detail and kind professionalism. I love my apartment and the community. All staff have been incredibly helpful and always follow up to make sure I have everything I need and understand even the little things. Makaila and team have made this incredibly easy and enjoyable. Exceeded all expectations.

  I come home at 1am every night and I always have to park far away from my apartment, I always count 5-8 cars walking to my complex without parking permits and that’s unacceptable, they get closer spots while I have to park far away each time. I’ve also seen no tow trucks enforcing the parking and towing the people. Other than that, amazing complex.

  I ended up not moving to Azora but I wanted to highlight that my touring experience was amazing! Makaila was super professional, knowledgeable and made sure all my needs were met and my questions were answered. The apartments and the community are beautiful and well maintained. Even though I chose another community, I’m sure I would’ve loved Azora. Thank you!

  I just moved into Azora at Cypress Ranch a few weeks ago from out of state. Having not rented an apartment in over 25 years, I can say that Makaila answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the application, approval, and move-in process quick and easy. My apartment is exactly as pictured online and in the demo unit and was in excellent condition when I arrived with no move-in work required. The facilities and landscaping are very well maintained and I enjoy using the pool area, fitness area, and lounge area. There are also weekly activities and vendors on-site. Kudos to the entire staff for creating and maintaining such a great environment for residents. Although I'm new to Florida and still learning the area, Azora feels well located with lots of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants in the area...some even walkable from Azora, including an Aldi. It is also really easy to access local trails and parks, as well as getting to Tampa, the airport, and the local beaches. Overall, I'm very happy at Azora at Cypress Ranch!
