  I just moved into Azora at Cypress Ranch a few weeks ago from out of state. Having not rented an apartment in over 25 years, I can say that Makaila answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the application, approval, and move-in process quick and easy. My apartment is exactly as pictured online and in the demo unit and was in excellent condition when I arrived with no move-in work required. The facilities and landscaping are very well maintained and I enjoy using the pool area, fitness area, and lounge area. There are also weekly activities and vendors on-site. Kudos to the entire staff for creating and maintaining such a great environment for residents. Although I'm new to Florida and still learning the area, Azora feels well located with lots of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants in the area...some even walkable from Azora, including an Aldi. It is also really easy to access local trails and parks, as well as getting to Tampa, the airport, and the local beaches. Overall, I'm very happy at Azora at Cypress Ranch!

  The apartments are beautiful. Mikaila helped me out so much, very sweet and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend Azora at Cypress.

  My husband and I were looking into moving here and Mikaila did such a great job at taking care of us and giving us any info we needed. She's a true gem and definitely recommend speaking with her for any questions you have !

  really pretty apartment complex and I honesty love my apartment but since moving in I’ve heard loud stomps day and night from the neighbors above, complained about it so many times and have had video proof on several occasions and nothing has been done even when I’ve had proof of noise interruption during non quiet hours. I honestly don’t have peace in my apartment. I often wake up due to the loud stomping and have even heard inappropriate things from the neighbors numerous of times. I reported in and luckily I haven’t heard that for a while now. The walls are super thin. The building was definitely built fairly quickly as you really can’t escape the noise. On another note the maintenance is amazing, there is a silverfish issue but they do make sure to do pest control visits pretty often. Sometimes the mail room is really disorganized and packed but I don’t mind it much because there’s lots of people that live here. Parking is a big problem here as well because it’s so much people that live here and you really can’t get away from that unless you purchase the pretty expensive garages. Aside from the noise I don’t have much to complain about. I just really wish I could live in my own apartment in peace and not be disturbed 24/7.

  I recently moved into this apartment community and wanted to share my experience with the application, approval, and move-in process. From the very beginning, the application process was straightforward and easy to complete. Makaila was responsive and helpful, answering my questions quickly and making sure I understood each step. It made what can sometimes feel like a stressful process much more manageable. The approval process was also impressively efficient. I was kept informed along the way, and there were no surprises or unnecessary delays. Everything was communicated clearly, which I really appreciated. Move-in day went smoothly as well. Mikaila was organized, prepared, and welcoming. The apartment was clean, ready on time, and matched what was shown during the tour. Any minor questions I had were addressed right away, which made settling in much easier. Overall, the entire experience from applying to moving in was professional, seamless, and well-coordinated. It’s clear the team they take pride in creating a positive experience for new residents.i had a few issues upon moving in which they came out addressed and fixed the same day. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free leasing process
