  hired this company to manage my rental property in Orlando Florida, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The tenants caused significant damage to the property, and it appeared that the property was not being properly monitored or inspected. One of the most serious issues involved the air-conditioning system. The AC drain became clogged and leaked a large amount of water into the home. The water damage was extensive and could have been prevented if the property had been regularly inspected and maintained. In addition, I was frequently charged for repairs and maintenance, often on a monthly basis, which resulted in substantial expenses. As a property management company, they were expected to conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections to ensure the property was being maintained, but they failed to do so. I had worked with this company approximately 20 years ago and had a positive experience. However, my recent experience was very different. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their property management services.

  Very low end rental company. Everything is ran by AI. No one answers the phones. All appointments are through AI. No one shows up to appointments. No one returns calls. Just a terrible terrible property management company go somewhere else.

  Joe English at the Longwood office was very helpful through our entire process of moving in. He was prompt at responding to any questions and even helped us with a problem during the process that made it possible for us to move into our home. Very satisfied with my experience with Wilson Management so far.
