  Property was not clean and the manager was dishonest in many ways. Also moved in to a dirty duplex that obviously was not professionally cleaned and saw roaches and spiders everywhere immediately. Worst year of a lease I’ve ever had. Not a reliable company at all for what they charge for worn down places.

  I have been working with Wilson Management Group for a few months now and I could not be happier with everything they’ve done for me. I came into working with them with a very, very horrible experience with a prior property manager - like basically the worst you could ever imagine - and David and his team made me feel at ease right away and then they consistently proved themselves with how they look after my house and ensure that I feel taken care of in a way that I can rely on them because of how trustworthy they are. It’s not a small thing to have gone through the type of bad experience that I did and then start to feel like I can trust people again. This is all due to David and his team. Would HIGHLY recommend!

  We had a great experience with this property management company. The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire rental process easy from start to finish. We truly appreciate their excellent service and would gladly recommend them to others. Our property manager Chris Gold was very responsive with emails and took care of any maitence issues when needed.

  Nothing but praise for Wilson Management Group, especially Amy and Joe. Super polite, professional, communicative, and easygoing throughout the entire process. The entire process from the initial scheduling, touring, and application process was organized and straightforward. Payments are clear and prompt, and utilities setup with their partner concierge service was amazing. Especially after a bad experience with other larger out-of-state leasing companies in the area, it's a breath of fresh air to work with a company that respects me and my time. I 100% recommend Wilson Management Group and look forward to working with them in the future.

  hired this company to manage my rental property in Orlando Florida, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The tenants caused significant damage to the property, and it appeared that the property was not being properly monitored or inspected. One of the most serious issues involved the air-conditioning system. The AC drain became clogged and leaked a large amount of water into the home. The water damage was extensive and could have been prevented if the property had been regularly inspected and maintained. In addition, I was frequently charged for repairs and maintenance, often on a monthly basis, which resulted in substantial expenses. As a property management company, they were expected to conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections to ensure the property was being maintained, but they failed to do so. I had worked with this company approximately 20 years ago and had a positive experience. However, my recent experience was very different. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their property management services.
