  Would have rated more than 5 stars if I could these people treated me better than family. He found me a property that I. Felt at home at the minute. I walked on the premises. Help me through the entire situation. And I couldn't say anything better about this company if I ever buy something else. I will never change realtors. After the sale he's been Very helpful. Hooking me up with many different types of contractors. Who all were very fair and highly recommended So don't hesitate to use them. You won't be sorry!!!!

  Amber buda with grantham realty was awesome to work with. Communication was superb and streamlined the process of buying a piece of land. I highly recommend grantham realty for anyone buying or selling property or homes!

  If you find yourself in need of a Realtor may I suggest Grantham Realty Inc to you. They are located in downtown Live Oak, Fl. We were very pleased with the professional yet personal service that we received from them. Jacob is very professional and family oriented in everything he did for us. We could not have asked for better service from him and his office. We'd gladly give 100 star rating if possible but I guess 5 will have to do. Go check them out, I promise you won't be disappointed in the service you receive!! Thanks so much Jacob and Shelley for going above and beyond for us!!
