  Shy and the entire Circa team have always treated us like family. It was challenging when the apartment management company changed over but we made it through the rough patch and things seem to be trending in the right direction with new painting, tree trimming, and new fans installed in our units. I’ve had to move to Seminole Heights to be closer to work but I have enjoyed living in this community for the last 3 years.

  Used to be such a great place to live but has went down drastically in the last few years, with the rent only going higher.

  Recently changed owners. Had severe cockroach issues that previous and current staff delayed, pushed on and never fixed. Everyday was issue and everyday property was notified. A minor spray that never worked would happen weekly only. Major holes in apartment apparently how roaches got through. We only stayed 3 months and used all of our money to buy out our lease. Unfortunately, we could not get out with the infestation. Very disappointing and scarred us (with a child) from apartment renting. Could have redone things like pool and workout room from what we heard but roach issue continues 4-2026.
