  I feel very blessed to be at heron pond. The office staff is outstanding, Mr. James walk me through everything and I've met several of my new neighbors and they're just so sweet and the activities are fantastic gum and the pool is outstanding. You won't do you wrong by coming here? It's close to everything and if you like to walk, especially walking to a store, your not far the apartments are spacious.Well, kept, the buildings are well kept.The grounds are well kept.I just love it here

  I have been a resident for over 12 years. This place feels like family! My neighbors are friendly folks. The local office is always willing to address any questions or concerns. Particularly, James, Yida, Ruth, Ramon, and Gene are always willing to assist, support all residents, and provide excellent customer service, repairs and relations in an effective and timely matter. Heron Pond is our home, and we are grateful and happy to live here. Thank you all for your dedication throughout the years!

  Yida and James Property manager and assistant Property manager keep the place safe and clean. Ruth, the leasing manager, there’s a good job in vetting who lives here. And most importantly Gene The operations manager Maintain the pool and the surrounding areas Safe on a daily basis

  First of all, I would really like to give thanks and appreciation to the leasing office staff for being very accommodating, helpful, supportive and welcoming, Mr. James Neal, Ms. Yida and Ms. Ruth, and not to mention the maintenance guys Mr. Eugene and Mr. Ramon who were so quick, resourceful and knowledgeable, friendly and kindhearted. It’s only been 2 months since we moved here and we loved the place. A quiet and safe neighborhood, and a well kept surroundings. It is a great and amazing place to live !
