  I just wanted to acknowledge the great job Dustin did in helping me through the process of buying the house I’ve always wanted on a lake. He was very quick to get my offer to the seller and work through all the necessary requirements in making it happen keeping me well informed the whole time until it was officially my house. I would highly recommend him to anybody who wants an easy to work with real estate agent who gets things done as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

  Took advantage of us not knowing what we were doing about selling our house. It was needing air unit and roof . I told him as is and he listed it for a bank loan also knowing it wouldn’t pass. He even called wanting me to help pay for the air unit so she could get it passed for insurance. At 120 we had taken off for those repairs already. I GOT SO CONFUSED I WAS IN TEARS. I didn’t think I had anyone helping me. A senior alone with a disabled spouse from a stroke. When my realtor friend from Tenn got so mad about what he was doing I fired him and he charged me the 500$ to get out of a year contract. I need to sell this house so we can go home. I’m starting over now minus 500$.
