English I visited Park Tower Senior Apartments and my perception was of a place with a level of excellence at all levels, when entering the Lobby I was attended by a lady at reception, very friendly, who told me how to get to the destination I was looking for, I was received and attended by Mr. Erick Parcell who in a very gentle and very professional way gave me a warm high quality attention, we took a tour of the facilities and I must say, in all honesty, that the place deserves the five stars ⭐️ It is an impeccable place, the corridors, elevators, and the apartments all stand out in neatness, with excellent finishes and conditions. I definitely recommend visiting this magical corner. I had a wonderful experience visiting Park Tower Senior Apartments, and I especially want to recognize Mr. Erick Parsell, the leasing agent who showed me the apartments. Mr. Parsell was extremely professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me around, explain the apartments and community, and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was his friendly personality and the respect he showed throughout the entire visit. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable, and he represented Park Tower Senior Apartments exceptionally well. Excellent customer service makes a big difference when you are looking for a new place to call home, and Mr. Parsell certainly provided that. I truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. **Five stars for Mr. Erick Parsell and the excellent service he provided! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**

Hi, this is Enid Williams, I am deaf, read lips,I happens to heard of Park Tower on Zillow App and went by the building and met up with Erick Parsell. Erick was absolutely phenomenal with customer-client service which is unique because being deaf is something can be overwhelming with communication however Erick, he was patience, understanding and listening to what I wanted for an apartment or studio. Erick showed me Willow apartment, I viewed it. Erick went beyond and above to show me the apartment, clearly explained everything I needed to understand the differences with budgets and other apartments. I gave Erick 100% great recommendations for the customer-client service. Sincerely yours, Enid Williams.
