  Had a wonderful stay with PMI. They made sure everyth8ng was like being at home. Well maintained property, in a welcoming neighborhood. Will definitely use them again for future travel accommodations.

  Absolutely stunning property. Conveniently located close to several businesses for quick trips and still secluded enough to enjoy the peaceful stillness of the evenings. Everything was exactly as described with the perfect combination of comfort and luxury. Highly recommend and would stay again.

  My husband and 3 adult children stayed at Julia & Caio's home for 2 weeks. The proximity to the ocean was unbeatable. The home is huge but cozy, with room for everyone. The new kitchen and 2 tv rooms were nice. Very walkable too. Definately stay here again next time we are in town!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for Two Families — This Property Is a Gem! TUSCAN BREEZE in Palm Harbor We rented the entire property — both houses — for two families, 12 people total, for a family reunion, and it was perfect! We had plenty of room to be together while still having our own space and privacy. We have friends who live in Dunedin, and even they commented on what a gem this property is. Definitely a house you are proud to show off! The main house is beautiful. The primary suite has a comfortable king bed and, without exaggeration, the biggest bathroom AND closet we've ever seen in a vacation rental! The bathroom has a dual multi-jet/rain shower, and the huge closet has a full-size washer/dryer. There's also a cute private covered sitting deck. We loved all the little secret sitting spots tucked throughout the property. The second house gave part of our family their own space, with a king bedroom and half bath upstairs and a full bathroom, kitchen, sleeper sofa, and washer/dryer downstairs. The theater room was awesome — seating for 8, a full bathroom, and enough open space that we brought an air mattress and used it as another private sleeping area. The game room was our favorite indoor hangout and even had a record player, so of course we had to go record shopping! But honestly, we lived at the pool! Tons of seating, two umbrellas we moved poolside for shade, and a shallow upper area that would be great for little ones. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful, there's a dog park, and the driveway is HUGE with a covered front entrance. The location is fantastic. Publix is next door, Dunedin Golf & Country Club is across the street, and the bridge to Honeymoon Island is right down the same road. The Pinellas Trail is a short bike ride away. We rented bikes from Kafe Racer and rode into downtown Dunedin and to breweries. We also rented a pontoon boat with a slide through Boatsetter and had it delivered to the Seminole boat ramp about 10 minutes away. We were in town for the Jack Johnson concert at the Tampa Bay amphitheater, and another night went to Historic Ybor City for dinner at the new Tommy's Chophouse — YUM! And HUGE kudos to PMI! Their communication was fantastic. They were always checking in to make sure everything was going well and were just a text, email, or phone call away. Their response time was GREAT, and they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We made some wonderful family memories here and were genuinely sad to leave. We would absolutely stay again. Wish we were still there! ❤️
