  Hemos tenido un fin de semana espectacular,este lugar tiene todo lo que podamos necesitar para un fin de semana de relajación en familia.Tiene demasiados juegos para distraerse,la piscina aunque el jacuzzi nunca calentó.Otra de las cosas que nos molesto fue un vecino del lado que cada noche por simplemente estar hablando en la terraza abajo comenzaba a gritar que nos fueramos de aqui que nos iba a llamar la policía,esto sucedió la noche del viernes y el sábado también ,creo que deben tomar medidas porque simplemente por eso no volveria a rentar esta casa.Gracias por todo mientras nuestra estancia.

  Lovely house, it was super clean with many amenities. Great area everything was close and quiet around. Looked just like the pictures and the host was very kind! Everything worked fine and had everything we needed to have a good time while here! Would recommend.

  We booked a vacation home in Clearwater through PMI, and they were wonderful to work with, responsive, and communicative before/during/after our stay. The home was terrific for our family’s needs, close to beaches and amenities, and comfortable for the hot summer days (kids enjoyed the pool!). On top of this, the home and surrounding area are pet-friendly, which made for an even more delightful vacation. Thanks to the PMI team!

  My stay at New Tan Lines Pool Relax 10 min Beach deserves this 5 star rating. The only problem I ended up having was with the coffee pot not working. The apartment was nice, the price was nice, the service was excellent and Audrey helped me immediately with every concern. I will definitely recommend.

  We enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Sol. Communication with the host was seamless and excellent, and the location was great. I would give 5 stars for both communication and location. However, I wish the driveway were gravel or asphalt instead of sand — our car picked up sand every time we drove in and out. The downstairs shower would benefit from having a safety rail for elderly guests, and the upstairs bathroom is quite slippery and could use a rug. A few small improvements here would make a big difference. The house itself is small but has several large pieces of furniture, which makes the space feel a bit cluttered. Overall, though, our stay was positive.
