  There has been a lot of upgrades made to this place. Good. My concern is that a steep and untenable increase in rent is awaiting us. It seems that nothing can be done to get our dishwasher to function correctly and that no one is going to respond to our ticket (created at the office) to have our closet doors restored. For the above reasons I give Oasis a 4.

  My ac unit runs all day i could have it at 72° at 12pm and the apartment is at 76° by the time its 10:30pm its only drop one degree.. i been having the same issue since last year my light bill is outrageous due to this and they dont do nothing but look at it and tell me its because it's summer or because I have more people over.. i do maintenance myself and either my coils in the air handler need to be removed and clean or I need a bigger unit outside the air condenser is surrounded by bushes 1 its dirty & 2 dont have airflow I've checked the freon myself and it good I've replaced the thermostat with a smart one ..

  Since the new management took over oasis has felt like a whole new complex, hosting more events for the community, making sure residents needs are being met and overall just giving it a new identity Big shout out to the ladies in the office
