  We had a great experience building our home with Pulte at Del Webb Catalina. From signing our contract through closing, the entire process unfolded smoothly. Our home was completed on time, and the communication and overall experience met our expectations. Because we were living out of state during the build, we relied heavily on the Pulte team to keep us informed. Regina, our Sales Consultant, was fantastic from the initial purchase through closing. She guided us every step of the way, was always responsive, and made sure we knew what to expect throughout the process. Our Construction Manager, Malcolm, was equally outstanding. He kept us updated throughout the build, addressed every item identified during our independent inspection, and also corrected many things he found on his own before we ever had to mention them. During our final walkthrough, he spent 2½ hours explaining the home's systems and features, answering all of our questions, and resolving the few items we noticed together. Building a home from out of state requires a great deal of trust, and Regina and Malcolm earned ours. Their professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through made the entire experience a positive one. We sincerely appreciate everything they did and recommend Pulte—and especially this team—to anyone considering building a home in Lakewood Ranch.

  We had a wonderful experience with Del Webb Catalina building our home. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and committed to making the process as smooth as possible. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail really stood out, and we are so happy with our new home. A very special shoutout to Malcolm and Regina, who truly went above and beyond for us. Their kindness, patience, and dedication made all the difference. They were ALWAYS available to answer questions, address concerns, and make sure everything was handled with care. It’s rare to find people so genuinely invested in their customers’ happiness. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and highly recommend Del Webb Catalina to anyone looking to build a home with a team that truly cares!!

  We recently built our new home in Del Webb Catalina, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Regina, our sales consultant, truly helped make our dream home a reality. While we were traveling, she went above and beyond to secure our lot and was incredibly responsive and supportive every step of the way. Her dedication and communication gave us complete confidence throughout the process. We also feel incredibly fortunate to have had Andrew as our construction manager. Living in Maryland during the build, we initially had concerns about managing everything from a distance—but Andrew made it easy. He kept us informed at every stage, was always available to answer questions, and coordinated everything with professionalism and care. His communication and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. We can’t say enough about the entire team at Del Webb Catalina. Their commitment, responsiveness, and genuine care turned this into a truly positive experience. We are beyond thrilled with our new home and highly recommend them to anyone considering building here.

  We are building in Catalina and so far are very happy. Dan is excellent at communication and very flexible. Shayne was very efficient and helpful in the design process. The amenities plan is extensive. We are very excited about our future and look forward to meeting our neighbors.
