  We recently moved into BB Living Lakewood Ranch and have had a great experience so far! As with any brand-new build, there have been a few minor issues here and there, but nothing major, and anything that has come up has been handled quickly and professionally. Zoie and Janice have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! They are always helpful, responsive, and willing to answer any questions we have. Sara has been wonderful as well and is always so kind and helpful. The entire team has made our move and transition into our new home so much easier. We’re really enjoying the community and our new home and are very happy we chose BB Living Lakewood Ranch!

  Relocating from out of state can be a very stressful and anxiety-filled process, but Janice made my experience so much easier. I had been searching for quite a while to find a place that truly felt like home, and I knew this community was the one the moment I found it. Having the schools right across the street made it feel even more perfect for my children and I. Throughout the application process, Janice was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions promptly, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help really put my mind at ease during such a big transition. I’m so grateful for all of her support and truly appreciate how smooth she made everything. Thank you, Janice, for making what could have been an overwhelming experience such a positive one. I can’t wait to call this community home!

The Property Manager, Janice, is a true pleasure to work with - she is incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. If you are looking to rent in a high-quality, well-maintained community in the Lakewood Ranch area, do yourself a favor and go pay Janice a visit. You won't be disappointed!
