- LCLawrence CookAug 7, 20261.0Didn't wanna do this but the refusal to help and actually fix the problem is insane The denial of mildew and mold They replaced the flooring but didnt actually do anything about the mold Absolutely do not move here Added a video about the flooring Will post photos of the 50 plus work orders AC broke within the first few weeks Busted pipes Leaking to downstairs neighbors Non stop AC issues They placed a thermostat underneath a vent and called good til we complained about it Which you shouldn't of done the first time I can see why I saw a review about how you would get credit if you left a good review Because with as many issues as our apartment had The discount promised for a good review is not worth it

And her interaction with everyone that walked through the door was the same. She made me feel at home before even sending in an application. I could go on and on about everything she’s done and helped me with. Me moving from half way across the country she made me feel at ease with looking for a place to stay. Absolutely loveeee her.
