I wouldn’t trust them or Ms .Shannon if I was in the room same room with them, these people is some crooks. They will have you living in poor conditions and Give you the runaround about fixing the problem. I wouldn’t recommend moving in any of there properties they treat people like garbage I will be contacting the city of Lakeland also about the conditions of the place. I’ve been trying to get maintenance done on an apartment I’m renting for the longest they keep giving me the runaround. I pay my rent on time always have and when I wait a day after the first of the month I get 10,000 emails from this company telling me that I’m late when I have until the fourth or the fifth I think to pay. They’re very corrupt and disgusting human beings and due time. They just want your money and of course the owners hired them to manage their property so it’s not All on the property management team but It’s half-and-half they’re working together to do as little as possible and to spend as little as possible but when poor conditions and safety concerns and getting tenants things are getting damaged, that’s a big problem and should be understanding if you’re a human being. I’m gonna be contacting Code enforcement And also a lawyer because if I pay for repairs Which I shouldn’t because I’m renting , I don’t think I should have to pay rent! FYI, I’m quite sure they paid for some of these reviews. They’re not what you think proceed with cautious if you’re thinking about reading from them!

She is just a professional crook. Employ her at your peril. Is this crooked out fit still open? The police are investigating Shannon Cornell for embezzlement.
